About the role

The role of Educational Administrator/Leadership Coach involves overseeing educational programs and coaching teachers to enhance teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee curriculum development and implementation
  • Coach and mentor teachers in effective teaching strategies
  • Evaluate teacher performance and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other administrators to improve school operations
  • Develop and implement professional development plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in education administration or teaching
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Education or related field
  • Experience in implementing technology in the classroom
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
