Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Coach and mentor teachers in effective teaching strategies
- Evaluate teacher performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other administrators to improve school operations
- Develop and implement professional development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in education administration or teaching
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience in implementing technology in the classroom
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
