About the role
Responsible for delivering high-quality ELA instruction and coaching in Kansas schools. Master Educator status is also available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state standards
- Provide instructional support to teachers and students
- Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve educational practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of professional development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching license in Kansas
- Experience in secondary ELA education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred
- Experience as an instructional coach or master educator
- Knowledge of current educational research and best practices
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
