What we're looking for in a secondary math Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator in kansas and surrounding nebraska border areas

  • A strong desire to make a meaningful difference for students, educators, and districts
  • Deep expertise in secondary-level mathematics content and pedagogy
  • Proven experience as an educator in a secondary school setting
  • A charismatic, driven professional who motivates and leads with enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills - able to build rapport with teachers, administrators, and school communities
  • Skilled at coaching and supporting adult learners in instructional improvement
  • Competent in using data to inform instructional decisions and monitor student growth
  • Adaptable and resilient - comfortable working in diverse school settings, including rural and near-border contexts
  • Knowledgeable about educational dynamics in Kansas and the surrounding Nebraska border area and committed to partnering well with schools in that region
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to integrity, service, teamwork, and accountability
