Kansas Secondary Math Lead Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator

About the role

Lead the development and implementation of secondary math curriculum and instructional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and curricula in secondary mathematics.
• Collaborate with other educators to improve student learning outcomes.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on teacher performance and lesson plans.
• Conduct professional development workshops for teachers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
• Experience in instructional coaching or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of current educational standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of Common Core State Standards.
