Kansas Elementary Math Lead Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator

About the role

Lead the development and implementation of elementary math curriculum, provide instructional coaching, and mentor teachers in Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement elementary math curriculum aligned with state standards.
• Provide ongoing professional development and instructional coaching to enhance teaching skills.
• Mentor and support teachers in improving their instructional practices.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other educators and administrators to improve math education in the district.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
• Experience in leading math curriculum development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of current educational research and best practices in math education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• Experience in instructional coaching and mentoring.
• Knowledge of Common Core State Standards and other relevant educational frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
