About the role
Responsible for leading educational initiatives and developing administrators in Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs for administrators.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance leadership skills.
- Evaluate and improve educational policies and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in educational administration.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and mentoring.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Skills
- Strategic planning and implementation.
- Collaboration and team management.
- Technology proficiency, particularly in educational software.
