About the role

Responsible for leading educational initiatives and developing administrators in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs for administrators.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance leadership skills.
  • Evaluate and improve educational policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in educational administration.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and mentoring.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Skills

  • Strategic planning and implementation.
  • Collaboration and team management.
  • Technology proficiency, particularly in educational software.
