• Excellent customer service
• Wine knowledge is highly recommended
• 2 years minimum experience serving
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays
• Food service experience

Responsibilities

• Greeting tables and following the restaurant's preferred service sequence
• Ensuring excellent and timely service
• Making sure your tables pay appropriately and your bank is in balance
• Beverage service (mainly beer, wine & coffee)
• Various amounts of side work to prepare the dining room for dinner, including but not limited to:
  • Filling condiments
  • General cleaning of the dining and buss areas
  • Polishing glasses and silverware
  • Stocking beverages
  • Other duties as assigned
