• Support the head coach's season plan and contribute to team success.
• Focus on academics, behavior, and athletics.
• Attend all practice and season scheduled events.
• Understand and adhere to Erwin athletic policies.
• Engage in team building and bonding activities outside of sports.
• Aid in organizing travel logistics.
• Communicate regularly with the head coach and other relevant parties.
• Review and be familiar with the NCAC Athletic handbook and NFHS sport rules.
• Stay updated with all certifications and TSD guidelines.
• Show respect and support a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
