About the role

The Erie Dance Team is seeking a JV Coach to lead spirit and support team members during practices and competitions.

Responsibilities

• Support team members in their development of dance skills and performance quality
• Lead spirit and support activities at practices and competitions
• Collaborate with the head coach to ensure the team's success

Requirements

• Experience coaching dance teams at the JV level or higher
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passion for dance and team spirit
• Knowledge of dance techniques and choreography

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Schedule
