About the role

The JV Head Coach will lead the girls basketball team, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program for JV players
• Manage team practices and games, adhering to school policies and regulations
• Work closely with the varsity coach to ensure continuity in player development
• Attend all scheduled team meetings and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Proven ability to motivate and develop young athletes
• Experience with youth basketball development programs

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
