About the role
The JV Head Coach will lead the girls basketball team, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program for JV players
- Manage team practices and games, adhering to school policies and regulations
- Work closely with the varsity coach to ensure continuity in player development
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- Proven ability to motivate and develop young athletes
- Experience with youth basketball development programs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
