JV Head Coach

About the role

The JV Head Coach will be responsible for leading the team in practices and games, developing players, and managing team logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for players
• Manage team travel and scheduling
• Attend games and practices to provide coaching and support
• Work closely with the varsity coach to ensure continuity and development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with soccer skills development and game strategy
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Passion for soccer and a commitment to player development
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule
