About the role
The JV Head Coach will be responsible for leading the team in practices and games, developing players, and managing team logistics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for players
- Manage team travel and scheduling
- Attend games and practices to provide coaching and support
- Work closely with the varsity coach to ensure continuity and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- Experience with soccer skills development and game strategy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Passion for soccer and a commitment to player development
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
