About the role

The Juvenile Transfer Offender Program (JTOP) seeks an experienced and compassionate individual to support the program's mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to juvenile offenders in a therapeutic setting.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with juvenile offenders.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience with trauma-informed care principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of juvenile justice system and its challenges.

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Schedule

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Some evening and weekend shifts may be required.
