About the role

The Junior Varsity Boys Soccer Coach position at Dover-Eyota Public Schools is available. The district is seeking a coach to lead the junior varsity soccer team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a coaching strategy that promotes player development and competitive success
• Manage team practices and games, adhering to established schedules and rules
• Work closely with the varsity coach to ensure continuity and progression of players
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding youth sports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field
• Minimum of three years of successful coaching experience at the high school level
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other school personnel
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with team management and leadership
• Knowledge of youth sports development and safety protocols
