Boys Soccer Coach - Head Varsity

About the role

The Boys Soccer Coach will lead the varsity team in practices and games, working closely with the Principal and SAC to ensure the success of the program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for players
• Manage team logistics including scheduling, transportation, and equipment needs
• Attend and officiate games to maintain high standards of play
• Collaborate with the school administration to promote the team and its achievements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with youth soccer development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Pass a background check
