Boys Junior Varsity Soccer Coach, PT

About the role

Westminster Christian Academy is currently seeking a part-time Junior Varsity Boys Soccer Coach for the fall 2026 season.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of the team's training programs. - Provide support and guidance to players during practices and games. - Work closely with the head coach to ensure the team's success. - Attend all scheduled games and practices.

Requirements

- Experience coaching youth soccer. - Strong understanding of the game and ability to teach fundamental skills. - Ability to work well with young athletes and maintain positive relationships. - Commitment to Westminster Christian Academy's mission and values.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field preferred. - Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is beneficial.

Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. - Knowledge of player development and sports psychology.
