The Role Oversee our vehicle operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Manage fleet performance using data and technology while aligning with overall business operations. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate inbound tour arrangements based on client requirements and preferences.Prepare detailed tour itineraries, travel programs, and cost quotations accurately and efficiently.Communicate with guests before, during, and after tours to provide information and support.Coordinate with tour guides, transport providers, hotels, and other tourism partners to ensure seamless operations.Monitor tour schedules and handle operational changes, special requests, and last-minute arrangements.Ensure all tour services are delivered according to the confirmed itinerary and company standards.Assist in managing reservations, bookings, and travel documentation.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide professional customer service.Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records of bookings, supplier contracts, itineraries, and operational reports.Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient tour execution.Stay updated on destinations, tourism products, attractions, and industry trends. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in tour operations, travel agencies, or the hospitality industry preferred.Fresh graduates with a passion for tourism are encouraged to apply.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Good problem-solving and customer service skills.Knowledge of destination management and travel industry practices is an advantage.
