Job Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting
- Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility
- Admitted to the Nevada bar
- Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
