Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator (Wisconsin)

About the role

Orthodontic Experts is a patient‑centered orthodontic organization with over 30 locations across the greater Chicagoland area, Wisconsin, and Indiana. The Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator is an entry‑level, field‑based position focused on building relationships with dental offices in an assigned territory to support marketing and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in the assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships.
• Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check‑ins and visits.
• Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events.
• Track and update referral activity and office interactions in company systems.
• Provide field feedback, including opportunities and general trends.
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow‑ups, and office engagement.
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events.
• Share relevant updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in‑person).
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with the direct manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Organized and able to manage a schedule independently.
• Comfortable working in a field‑based role (travel required).
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

$40,000 – $50,000 annually.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required).
• Occasional Saturdays and some holidays.
• Field‑based role with approximately 90–95% travel.
• Travel required to Menomonee Falls, Mount Pleasant, Hales Corners, Algonquin, and Waukegan.
