About the role
Join our growing team working onsite 4 days a week in Lake Buena Vista, FL. You will work alongside the team to provide day-to-day coordination and analytical support for transformation workstreams within a large enterprise organization. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners while gaining experience in PMO operations, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, trackers, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Support multiple transformation workstreams and concurrent deadlines.
- Prepare project-status reports, briefing materials, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Gather, organize, and summarize information from stakeholder meetings and working sessions.
- Document decisions, open questions, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
- Coordinate schedules, meeting logistics, agendas, and supporting materials.
- Track progress against workstream plans and proactively flag delays or concerns.
- Follow up with stakeholders regarding outstanding actions and deliverables.
- Support Agile project activities and established project-management processes.
- Use Excel to organize, analyze, reconcile, and track project information.
- Create clear, polished PowerPoint materials for project and leadership audiences.
- Maintain accurate and secure project documentation.
- Handle confidential or sensitive business information with discretion.
- Partner effectively with project leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in junior project management, project coordination, PMO support, business analysis, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Experience supporting Agile projects or Agile delivery teams.
- Scrum Master certification from a recognized organization.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Experience maintaining project trackers, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
- Experience preparing project-status reports and presentation materials.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain accurate project records.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous PMO or transformation-program experience.
- Experience with Smartsheet or an equivalent project-tracking tool.
- Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation initiatives.
- Experience creating executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Exposure to finance-transformation programs.
- Experience in internal consulting or a large enterprise organization.

This person is comfortable working with different stakeholders, managing multiple trackers and deadlines, and turning meeting discussions into organized actions and clear status updates.
