We are a development general contractor seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team.

We are a fast-paced, high-performing development team in the construction industry. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects from concept to completion while working with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including design, permitting, construction, and close-out.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all key milestones are met.
  • Liaise with local government and regulatory bodies for zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential project viability.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial planning of projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget and on time.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring all projects adhere to safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects from start to finish.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Experience in dealing with zoning, regulatory, and permitting issues.
  • Excellent understanding of construction design and close-out processes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
