We are a development general contractor seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including design, permitting, construction, and close-out.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all key milestones are met.
- Liaise with local government and regulatory bodies for zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential project viability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial planning of projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget and on time.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring all projects adhere to safety standards and legal regulations.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
- Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Experience in dealing with zoning, regulatory, and permitting issues.
- Excellent understanding of construction design and close-out processes.
- Strong knowledge of construction project scheduling and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
