Junior Program Analyst, EDI Production Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, evaluating program performance, and driving improvements through thoughtful analysis and reporting. In this role, you will support program performance through data analysis, develop and apply performance metrics, document risks and issues, contribute to Agile planning activities, manage EDI production issues, and prepare clear, concise reports and communication materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Perform program analysis, data analysis, and reporting to assess program performance and support decision-making.
- Develop and apply performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for program improvement.
- Support requirements analysis, documentation, and reporting related to program risks, issues, and status.
- Assist with backlog refinement, PI planning, and roadmap updates for EDI and modernization initiatives.
- Prepare technical documents, reports, and stakeholder communication materials.
- Manage EDI production issues, including intake, tracking, analysis, and resolution coordination.
- Perform data analysis and root cause investigation of transaction failures and workflow issues.
- Coordinate with OIT and stakeholders to resolve defects and maintain workflow continuity.
- Maintain issue logs, tickets, and status reporting for EDI leadership.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in healthcare payer program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA) or a related field (BS).
- Proven experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system with a focus on Veterans healthcare and outreach.
