Responsibilities
The Jr. Operations Assistant will work within the Operations team by performing a variety of Operations tasks including auditing, reporting, scheduling and recruiting.
- Help ensure that time log entries are accurate and up-to-date for the team and perform weekly audits for the Director of Operations.
- Sit in on multiple meetings each week to document and report action items, requiring exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Work closely with the CEO by regularly monitoring his calendar in Outlook to point out and resolve conflicts.
- Help to schedule and maintain office hours for various team members, requiring comfort with Microsoft Office Apps.
- Assist in the company’s recruiting efforts by contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Plan out and build courses through our internal Learning Management System.
- Audit the new client handoff process from initiation through the completion of the initial calls as the role grows.
- Work with the Director of Operations on various bookkeeping tasks, especially those involving payroll.
Requirements
- Mandatory Skills:
- Ability to type at 60 WPM or better
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of Apps
- Exceptional communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Preferred Skills:
- Light experience with bookkeeping
- Prior Human Resources experience
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience communicating directly with the team and potentially clients
