How You Will Contribute

  • Help new customers establish platform credentials with our various partners.
  • Provide responsive customer support by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and delivering effective solutions to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Collect proper documentation and forms to maintain customer files accurately and consistently in accordance with department workflows and procedures.
  • Including Process changes, terminations and transfers between agencies.
  • Update customer information in our internal databases, on carrier platforms, and carrier partners.
  • Task and pend to ensure timely and accurate processing, follow up as needed.
  • Contribute or create a standard operation procedure for each process to be shared amongst your team for training and reference.
  • Provide clear communication and documentation of workflow status.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Skills & Experience

  • To Be Successful: Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook), working knowledge of carrier websites (preferred), experience with Agency Management Software Systems (preferred).
  • To Be Successful: Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data, excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written, highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and changing priorities, excellent prioritization skills - sense of urgency, excellent written and oral communication skills, creative problem solver, ability to accept, implement, and follow through with management decisions, personal and emotional discipline exhibited constantly in the work environment, ability to prioritize tasks and job function, ability to complete job tasks and assignments in the required time frames, ability to work with others, evidence of positive attitude and enthusiasm for the success of the overall organization, the individual employees, and themselves.

Physical Requirements

  • Necessary On a Regular Basis: Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication on a constant basis 7-8 hours per day, vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor and reading documents, ability to sit at a desk on a consistent basis – approximately 3-5 hours per day, manual dexterity, arm, and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone.

Pay Range

Pay Range: 26.00 - 26.00 Hourly
