Junior Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and executes integrated marketing initiatives across a variety of communication channels, including email, social media, digital signage, direct mail, print and digital advertising, newsletters, brochures, annual reports, Select Employee Group (SEG) marketing materials, and other promotional communications
- Responsible for content development, gathers resources for creative projects, maintains marketing calendars, and ensures the timely delivery of campaigns and communications
- Tracks and reports on campaign performance, helping identify opportunities to improve results and audience engagement
- Contributes to organizational priorities aimed at increasing brand awareness, strengthening engagement, supporting financial wellness and educational outreach efforts, and fostering meaningful relationships with members throughout their financial journey
- Follows established brand standards, marketing guidelines, operational procedures, and strategic objectives while independently translating those requirements into effective marketing solutions
- Develops original content and creative concepts, manages assigned projects from initiation through completion, and brings innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to support organizational goals while building experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of related experience
- General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree

Working conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
- Ability to sit for extended time periods
- Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
- Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
- Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
