About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and help drive brand engagement through fintech marketing initiatives. You'll play a key role in executing co-branded activations, managing content production, and analyzing campaign impact — while collaborating across marketing, design, and business teams. This role must be based in the office location specified in the job description; remote work is not available.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution:
- Support the launch and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Out of Home, Social, Digital, TV, Audio, and more, coordinating with internal creative teams and external partners.
- Manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Coordinate internal compliance and legal review processes, managing submissions and revisions to ensure marketing materials meet moomoo brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Market Insights:
- Stay on top of cultural trends, user behavior, and competitive activity to help improve how we reach and engage priority audience segments.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing brand performance reports to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships or early-career roles welcome).
- Interest in investing, financial markets, or fintech is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats, supporting brand strategy, creative execution, and campaign analysis.
- Analytical mindset with interest in using data and performance insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate strategic direction into clear marketing deliverables.

Pay
The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
