YOUR MISSION: Manage the sample and seeding process and distribution for the Running team in collaboration with product operations team and PRAssist in building disruptive omni-channel plans for upcoming product/campaign launchesCreate global running trend reports and assist with recap materialsCollaborate cross-functionally to determine product roll-outs and launchesServe as the go-to team member for other regions through a consistent cadence of touchbasesAssist in building seasonal priority presentations and product roadmapsSupport running team on all aspects of go-to-market process Manage development and execution of seasonal training toolsAssist with adhoc projects on the global running business YOUR TALENT: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing1-2 years of applicable experience preferred but not requiredDemonstrate the ability to prioritize workloads and multi-taskExhibit the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues, communication is paramountExcellent organizational skillsStrong experience using Microsoft Suite applicationsCreativity and ability to think out of the boxEntrepreneurial spirit and energyDetail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactiveProven ability to work independently and multi-taskAbility to collect and examine data to share an informed conclusionBe a team player; be the colleague you would want to have The hiring range base pay for this position is $51,800 - $68,905 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate) Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
