Experience: 1 year of experience in marketing or communications.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on content creation and exceptional spelling and grammar. Strong project management, relationship building, collaboration, and communication skills. Self-starter who constantly seeks out new ways to improve and advance our mission. Detail-oriented and driven to produce high-quality, error-free work. Hunger for continual learning and skill development. Tech-Savvy: Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., Canva, Google Suite such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides). AI-driven tools are a plus.
Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
About the Role
This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a keen eye, fresh out of college, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning. You’ll directly support sales engagement by creating and reviewing short-form agent-led marketing initiatives and collaborating with graphic designers in a high-growth environment.
New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. As a member of our Marketing team, you’ll support both our Corporate Support Office and our home builder partners—helping them sell more homes, more profitably.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with various marketing campaigns and workflows.
- Maintain workflow within our Project Management System.
- Collaborate and perform effectively on all projects in a timely manner.
- Production of error-free campaigns and assets is paramount.
- Conducting research to build campaigns as needed.
- Taking notes during calls and meetings.
- Schedule internal/external email campaigns.
- Update monthly reporting for various campaigns.
- Contribute in all possible ways to building the best team in the world.
