Job Title: Junior IT Support/ Help Desk (Fresher Welcome/No Experience Required) Location: Onsite – Frankfort, KY Schedule: Primarily 3rd shift; flexibility required for other shifts and weekends Experience: No prior experience required Education: High school diploma or GED required Job Overview Responsibilities (Under Direct Supervision): Printing and Output Management:Operate Xerox production printersUse BARR Print Spool Software to manage print jobsMonitor hardware and print qualityHandle printed output (lift, box, band, staple, and deliver according to user specifications)Drive a full-size delivery van for internal/external deliveriesPerform additional duties as required by business needs Equipment Maintenance:Conduct routine maintenance using common hand toolsPerform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and lying on the floor Cleanliness and Organization:Maintain cleanliness in personal and shared office spacesClean and maintain print and office equipment Support & Collaboration:Work closely with peers, supervisors, vendors, and managementAssist in troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and production processesLearn and apply basic troubleshooting techniquesAssist in cross-training fellow team members Schedule Flexibility:Work flexible hours across any of five shifts with minimal notice Required Skills And Abilities High school diploma or GEDAbility to lift and move items over 50 pounds regularlyValid driver's license and confidence operating a full-size delivery vanStrong customer service orientationBasic computer aptitude and willingness to learn technical systemsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic
