• Prepare and deploy workstations, maintain asset records, and assist with basic security tasks like MFA and compliance checks.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation and help improve internal support resources and processes.

Location and Schedule

This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our office in Troy, Michigan. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
