• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain data findings to team members.
