Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Prepare visualizations and presentations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Support senior analysts in complex data projects and ad hoc reporting tasks.
• Monitor data quality and identify areas for process improvement or data enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and data analysis methodologies.
