Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile daily transactions.
• Work with brokers and exchanges to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve business workflows through automation.
• Analyze business performance and identify new strategic opportunities.
• Build relationships with industry partners such as exchanges, vendors, and other firms.
• Support leadership in making informed strategic decisions.
• Represent the firm professionally in external interactions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative or analytical field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and similar analytical tools.
• Demonstrated interest in researching new opportunities and building business relationships.
• Flexibility to work across global markets and time zones.
• Prior experience in, or a strong interest in, finance and trading.
