Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise analytics and AI solutions for pharmaceutical clients. This role focuses on bridging business needs and technical execution by translating stakeholder requirements into actionable product and engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
• Partner with product owners to refine and prioritize backlogs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and analytics tools to identify trends and insights.
• Support testing and validation processes to ensure product quality.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation and user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare organizations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related field required.
