Junior Business Analyst
About the role
We are looking to migrate on-prem applications to cloud through rewrite and application modernization. This request is to supplement the team with a business analyst with knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, data aggregation (Alteryx), data analysis and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Document requirements, workflows, and integration processes.
- Research and document the existing and future systems using SQL, Data analysis, and Data Aggregation (using Alteryx).
- Collaborate with engineering to validate integration and ensure readiness for production.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of working experience as a business analyst.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Strong experience in SQL, Data analysis, and Data Aggregation (using Alteryx).
Qualifications
- Experience in collaborating with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and data aggregation tools.
- Business acumen and ability to understand and articulate business needs.

Pay
The gross annual base salary range for this role is $56,186 to $87,556 for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors like your experience, skills, and qualifications, in line with our fair pay principles.
