Responsibilities
- Identify client’s technical needs
- Plan enterprise architecture
- Strategize ideas to improve a business’s decision-making
- Develop use cases to support Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Aid in project area’s regulatory work
- Complete data reviews and analyses
- Perform daily reporting responsibilities for risk
- Support day-to-day billing operations
- Resolve issues related to a client’s account
- Collaborate with IT for testing of new system enhancements
- Gather, document, and track information
- Provide detailed analysis on accounts and relationships
Qualifications
- Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project
- 0-1 years of experience with reviewing technical requirements for IT systems
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in working with IT requirements and solutions
