Hiring: Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Aid in evaluating current business processes and recommending improvements.
• Prepare functional documentation, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Cook up with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, and Operations.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are clearly communicated.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, JIRA, or Power BI is preferred but not mandatory.
