Hiring: Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel, SQL, or visualization tools.
• Support testing activities, including UAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
