Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project managers.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Cook up User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, FinTech, or E-commerce domains is an advantage.
• Certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
