What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals
  • Train team members to provide strong customer support
  • Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team
  • Ensure the store runs smoothly and provides outstanding customer service
  • Achieve personal sales goals
  • Share necessary information with your team

Human Resources

  • Mobilize your team and create a positive work environment
  • Bring the brand culture to life on the job
  • Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model
  • Recruit, prepare and train the next generation of employees
  • Manage team members' absences/lateness

Marketing and Visual Presentation

  • Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms
  • Stay on top of competitor activity
  • Reflect the brand image to build a steady and loyal customer base
  • Plan incoming orders and set up visual displays efficiently
  • Maintain the store and backstore appearance

Administration

  • Analyze sales, in-store traffic and productivity reports
  • Open and close the store
  • Respect and apply policies and procedures from various head office departments

Pay

Hourly salary: $18.25 - $23.50
