Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain senior leadership's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and priorities
- Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms, sending invites, and preparing agendas when needed
- Arrange travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office organization
- Assist with personal errands such as dry cleaning, appointments, and other day-to-day needs
- Screens and manage emails, messages, and incoming requests when required
- Prepare documents, notes, and basic reports as needed for meetings or follow-ups
- Cook up with internal and external contacts to ensure efficient communication and scheduling
- Order supplies, coordinate deliveries, and handle miscellaneous office needs
- Provide general support to ensure priorities are executed smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or junior assistant role (experience in sales or financial services environments is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with CRM or internal systems is a plus
Pay
On-target earnings (OTE): $50,000-$60,000
