Key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain senior leadership's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms, sending invites, and preparing agendas when needed
  • Arrange travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office organization
  • Assist with personal errands such as dry cleaning, appointments, and other day-to-day needs
  • Screens and manage emails, messages, and incoming requests when required
  • Prepare documents, notes, and basic reports as needed for meetings or follow-ups
  • Cook up with internal and external contacts to ensure efficient communication and scheduling
  • Order supplies, coordinate deliveries, and handle miscellaneous office needs
  • Provide general support to ensure priorities are executed smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or junior assistant role (experience in sales or financial services environments is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with CRM or internal systems is a plus

Pay

On-target earnings (OTE): $50,000-$60,000
