Schedule
The Judiciary offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing some positions to offer up to 2 days of remote work. This position may qualify for remote work if you have high-speed home internet access.
Salary
- Schedule A: $46,142.43 - $65,231.67
- Schedule B: $46,142.43 - $58,469.25
Example of Duties
- Compose routine correspondence
- Schedule dates and times for meetings, trainings, or conferences
- Maintain and update internal records
- Create and maintain statistical spreadsheet data
- Answer the phone and direct customers
Qualifications
- One year of experience in an office environment performing clerical and administrative support services.
- Successful completion of a Clerical and Administrative training program with a minimum of 700 classroom training hours or 30 semester hour credits in secretarial science.
- Certification of successful completion of the Civil Service Commission, Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) Support Specialist Program.
Knowledge and Skills
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
