We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: Overview & Benefits? Actually "Overview & Benefits" is a heading but we should not repeat job title. The posting includes "Overview & Benefits" as a heading, then "General Summary", then "What You’ll Do", then "Why You’ll Love It Here", then "Minimum Qualifications", then "Desirable Qualifications", then "Additional Desirable Qualifications", then "SUPERVISION EXERCISED", then "Essential Job Functions", then "Essential Mental & Physical Requirements", then "WORKING CONDITIONS", then "IMPORTANT NOTE", then "Additional Minimum Qualifications", then "Union*", then "EEO Statement", then "Inclusion Statement". We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove EEO Statement, Inclusion Statement, Union*, etc. Also remove "IMPORTANT NOTE: The primary purpose..." maybe keep? It's not a section heading but it's a note; we can keep as paragraph if substantive. However we should not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive information: overview, benefits, pay range, full-time on-site, duties list, qualifications, desirable qualifications, essential job functions, essential mental & physical requirements, working conditions, etc. We need to format using

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can use other headings if they match content? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we should use those headings for those sections, but we can also use other headings if they match? Probably we should map content to those standard headings where appropriate. For example "Overview & Benefits" could be a combination of Overview and Benefits. Could use

Overview

and

Benefits

but we need to avoid filler. The posting includes "Overview & Benefits" paragraph describing mission, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits. We could split into Overview and Benefits sections. We also have "General Summary" with pay range and full-time on-site. That could be Pay and Schedule sections. We have "What You’ll Do" -> Responsibilities. We have "Why You’ll Love It Here" maybe could be Benefits or something else but we could treat as Overview? Might be redundant. We have "Minimum Qualifications" -> Requirements/Qualifications. We have "Desirable Qualifications" -> maybe Skills? Or Additional Qualifications. We have "Essential Job Functions" -> could be Responsibilities again but more detailed. We have "Essential Mental & Physical Requirements" -> maybe Requirements. We have "WORKING CONDITIONS" -> maybe Schedule? Actually working conditions is not schedule but we could include as a section maybe "Working Conditions". But instruction only gave examples; we can still use

for any section heading, not limited to those examples. It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those or similar. We'll create sections: Overview, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Essential Functions (maybe Responsibilities), Working Conditions. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, Inclusion, Union*, etc. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content: Overview & Benefits paragraph: "Oakland County is more than just a workplace. It is a place where you can make a real difference. As one of Michigan’s leading public service organizations, we are committed to strengthening communities, delivering essential services, and improving the quality of life for nearly 1.3 million residents. When you join our team, you become part of a mission-driven workforce guided by integrity, innovation, and a passion for public service. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to do meaningful work that matters. Apply today and help shape the future of Oakland County, where we are All Ways Moving Forward. For more information about Oakland County benefits and employee perks, please visit: https://www.oakgov.com/government/human-resources/benefits/new-hire" We should remove application instructions like "Apply today and help shape..." and the link? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove "Apply today and help shape the future of Oakland County, where we are All Ways Moving Forward." and the link. Keep the rest. Thus Overview: "Oakland County is more than just a workplace. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to do meaningful work that matters." Benefits: maybe we can extract "competitive pay, comprehensive benefits". But we already have Pay and Benefits sections. Could combine. General Summary: "$51,879 - $69,508 This position is full time on-site". So Pay: "$51,879 - $69,508". Schedule: "full time on-site". What You’ll Do: list of duties bullet points (but in prose). We'll convert to
  • . List: - Prepare the courtroom for hearings, maintain order and decorum, and assist the judge during proceedings - Operate video conferencing and recording systems, including admitting participants to virtual hearings - Escort and swear in jurors and witnesses - Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance with court rules - Record daily proceedings, prepare orders, file documents, and maintain official court records using County and Court software - Answer questions and provide assistance to court personnel, attorneys, and the public Why You’ll Love It Here: bullet points: - Play an active role in the daily work of the Probate Court - Work with judges, legal professionals, and court staff - Put your organization and attention to detail to use in work that serves the public Minimum Qualifications: heading includes a lot of legal text about Merit System Resolution etc. We need to preserve substantive info. The substantive part: "Under the Merit System Resolution, Section II, adopted November 8, 1966, employees in this class are excluded from the Merit System for the purpose of the manner of selection, appointment, removal from office or limitation or political activity." That's maybe not essential but it's part of qualifications. Also note about Desirable Qualifications separate page. We'll keep that as a paragraph. Desirable Qualifications: list of items: "Hold a degree from or currently attending an accredited college of law in a curriculum leading toward a Juris Doctor degree; ORPossess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; ORHave experience working in a court or other legal setting." Then Additional Desirable Qualifications: list of reasonable abilities etc. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: "May train and orient new employees and interns." Essential Job Functions: long list of duties (similar to What You’ll Do but more detailed). We'll need to preserve all substantive info; but we already have responsibilities list; we could combine or keep both? Might be duplication. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate overlapping content. The Essential Job Functions list is more detailed; we could keep that as responsibilities and drop the earlier "What You’ll Do" if it's duplicate. However "What You’ll Do" is a summary; Essential Job Functions is more detailed. To avoid duplication, we could keep Essential Job Functions as the responsibilities section and omit the shorter list. But we need to preserve all substantive info; the shorter list is subset of the longer list, so keeping longer list preserves all. So we can drop the "What You’ll Do" section. Similarly "Why You’ll Love It Here" may be covered elsewhere? Not duplicate. Essential Mental & Physical Requirements: "Ability to communicate information accurately." That's it. WORKING CONDITIONS: "Work is performed in a typical office and courtroom environment." IMPORTANT NOTE: about job description purpose; we could keep as a paragraph maybe under a heading "Note". But it's not a standard heading; we could just keep as a paragraph without heading? The instruction says use

for section headings; we can still have paragraphs without heading. But we should not create a heading with filler. We could just include as a

after a relevant section. Additional Minimum Qualifications: "Union* If applicable" - that's boilerplate; remove. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
