Jr. Recruiter

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global technology firm based in Chicago, IL. This is a remote role, but applicants must be based in the Chicagoland area or surrounding suburbs.

About the role

The firm is seeking a highly organized, fast-paced, detail-oriented Contract Recruiter to support corporate hiring functions across Account Managers and sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage pipelines for high-volume corporate roles, including classes of 12–15 hires per start group.
• Handle occasional one-off requisitions while managing ongoing high-volume cycles.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
• Screen, assess, and move candidates through the hiring pipeline with urgency and accuracy.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with sales recruiting experience.
• Proven success managing fast-paced, high-volume requisition loads.
• Strong communication, organizational, and candidate management skills.

Pay

$32-34/hour.
