JR Field Expert/Field Expert Apprentice

Duties

• Provide high quality services for our currently 5,700 customers (and growing)
• Gain understanding on pest applications
• Learn pest control techniques to resolve customer pest issues
• Manage customer routes in a timely manner
• Assist other experts in completing tasks
• Collect payments (as needed) with outstanding balances
• Maintain materials/equipment daily
• Maintain a clean/organized vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers/team/community
• Develop as potential future lead opportunity (based on merit)

Requirements

• 21 Years old (Minimum)
• Valid Drivers License (MVR Check)
• No Violent/Theft/Drug-related charges
• High (positive) energy
• Work effectively with leadership/office/field to accomplish tasks
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Able to walk/stand for 10+hours per day
• Punctuality is a MUST!
• Proven experience in customer service roles, especially face-to-face or calling environments
• Strong communication skills, including clear speaking voice, active listening, and effective interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Google and general Smart Phone skills for data entry and report creation
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage calls professionally
• Basic analysis skills to interpret client data and feedback effectively
