Jr Copywriter
About the role
As a Junior Copywriter, you will craft compelling content for print and digital tactics, supporting top brands alongside the copy team. You'll develop expertise in departmental procedures, referencing, and regulatory submissions, ensuring seamless collaboration with Art Directors, Editorial, and cross-functional teams. With a focus on clarity, quality, and precision, you'll drive creative execution, maintaining agency standards and client satisfaction, ultimately delivering engaging narratives that elevate brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Research and interpret clinical data to inform compelling copy content.
- Create original, engaging copy aligned with strategy and visual identity.
- Ensure quality control through meticulous proofing and editing.
- Collaborate across departments (Editorial, Account, Strategy, Project Management) to drive creative solutions.
- Demonstrate an organized and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks, timelines, and expenses.
- Proactively share new ideas, fostering personal growth, team dynamics, and innovative storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Portfolio showcasing strong writing abilities (school/spec work acceptable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization, teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Benefits
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
Pay
$50,000 - $65,000
Schedule
Minimum of three days a week in the office, with the goal of increasing to five days over time.
