Jr. Contract Analyst/Admin
About the role
The Jr. Contract Analyst/Admin will manage and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. They will also answer and direct phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries, support the creation and formatting of reports and spreadsheets, help organize and maintain digital and physical records, assist team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects, and provide general office support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries.
- Support the creation and formatting of reports and spreadsheets.
- Help organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Aid team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business/office administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable learning new software and tools.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with insurance and other negotiations is a plus.
