About the Opportunity

The Jr. Business Intelligence Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights that influence key business areas. This role contributes from day one in analyzing data trends and building reporting tools, supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements while growing into a senior BI position.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create clear, intuitive data visualizations
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Automate reporting processes by converting Excel reports into Power BI dashboards
• Partner with teams to gather BI requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Provide training and support on Power BI tools
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Maintain documentation for BI solutions including data models and workflows
• Troubleshoot data issues between Datamart and user-facing reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and semantic modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Ability to conduct code reviews and identify points of failure
• Exposure to version control systems
• Skilled in communicating complex insights clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and large datasets
• Experience in SaaS or commercial software environments

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Base Pay Range: 70,000 - 95,000 USD
