Compensation: ~$55,000-60,000 annually, based on experience.
Schedule
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm ET Monday-Friday.
About the Role
Würth USA is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Ramsey, NJ. This role is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support business growth through pricing analysis, sales reporting, data insights, and process improvement. The Jr. Business Analyst will work closely with Sales Management, Executive Leadership, Key Account Managers, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional teams to analyze business data, identify opportunities, and provide meaningful insights that support informed decision-making. This position will also play an important role in maintaining pricing accuracy, developing reporting tools and dashboards, and supporting initiatives that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
