About the Role

The Junior Technical Business Analyst at Inadev plays a vital role in supporting the full systems development lifecycle within data-driven environments. This position involves eliciting, analyzing, and translating complex business and technical requirements into high-quality Agile artifacts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure backlog readiness, maintain quality standards, and align project deliverables with organizational and mission objectives. Additionally, the role involves supporting business intelligence initiatives, resolving production issues, and contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience supporting federal government software or application development programs
• At least 2 years of experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency in JIRA for requirements management and backlog grooming
• Strong client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
• Ability to create accurate time estimates for tasks and deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
