Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze business data using SQL and identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, testing, and solution validation.
- Identify process improvements and recommend practical solutions.
- Track project requirements, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates and findings to business and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience creating user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience in enterprise applications, data, finance, healthcare, retail, or other business domains.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic system architecture.
